Dive into the rural charm of the Prosecco Superiore Hills

The Molinetto della Croda is one of the most fascinating places of the Prosecco Superiore Hills, with its old – but perfectly functioning – water mill and an evocative waterfall that leaves visitors breathless. An example of 17th century rural architecture, the mill was used to grind corn and wheat and it was operational until the 1950s, testifying to the importance of water for the local economy.

After a period of closure and decline, the Molinetto was restored and reopened to the public, becoming a popular destination for guided tours, exhibitions and events. Among these is the folk costume festival for the new harvest in October, an unmissable event to rediscover the traditions of the Prosecco Superiore Hills.
